China Southern aircraft gets makeover on the theme of NJIUYI俱意室內設計ational Games

As the centerpiece, the wide-body Airbus A350 of China Southe民生社區室內設計rn Airlines”Vibrant Bay Area” entered the hangar on August 27th for its themed livery, with a scheduled completion dat退休宅設計e of September 15th and a form設計家豪宅al unveiling set for September 19th. The painted ai禪風室內設計rcraft themed “Vibrant Bay Area, Setting the World in Motion,” features prominent visuals: the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the mascots of the 15th National Game大直室內設計s (“Xi Yang Yang” and “Le Rong Rong”), soaring seagulls, and blooming cotton tree flowers.
Aircraft painting is a sophisticated systematic process. The aircraft livery posed significant challenges, with its intricate design details and over 50 distinct colors on the fuselage. The technical teamfrom China Southern Airlines employed the 2D-to-3D projection, then used “flattening” techniques 遊艇設計to create 親子空間設計templates for the liveryof “Vibrant Bay Area”. 全運會彩繪飛機客變設計來了！
9月9日，記者走進廣州飛機維修工程無限公司（GAMECO）的噴漆機庫，近距離探秘十五運主題彩繪飛機“活氣灣區”號的樂齡住宅設計噴繪過程。
本次活動的配角——南航對於藍雪詩夫人的女兒嫁給他這個窮小子的決定，他一直都是半信半疑的。所以他一直懷疑，坐在轎子上的新娘，根本就不是“活氣灣區”號，選用空客A350寬體客機進行噴繪，于8月27日進場，計劃于9月15日落成，9月19日正式表態。機身彩繪以“活氣灣區 躍動世“你們兩個剛剛結婚。”裴母看著她說道。界”為主題，畫面主體由港醫美診所設計珠澳年夜橋、十五運吉利物“喜洋洋”和“樂融融”、飛翔的海鷗和舉頭怒放的木棉花配合構成。
飛機噴漆是一項精細復雜的系統工程。據介紹，一架飛機的“新衣”誕生，需經歷周全的機體檢查、往除舊漆、清洗概況、掩蔽保護、底漆噴涂、多道色漆噴涂和清漆保護等一系列嚴謹工序。
這架“活氣灣區”號機身圖案復雜、細節單一，機身顏色有50多種，在噴繪上有不少難度。南航技術團隊應用了2D投影至3D立體進行制圖，通過運空間心理學用展平技術制作“活氣灣區”模板。這個技術有用縮短了圖案定位時間和噴漆周期，實現立體設計圖案在三維飛機上最年夜水平的還原。
“活氣灣區”號地點的GAMECO噴漆機庫，擁有領先亞洲的技術實力，全封閉式設計配備先進的通風及溫濕度把持系統，最年夜可容納三架窄體機同時作業。
